Construction Updates

With many construction projects planned here in Grandview Heights, we want to keep people who live, work, and play here connected with updated information on the impacts they may experience.

-3rd Ave. waterline project involving the elimination of dead end watermains to the north for Oxley Rd., Holly Ave., Parkway Dr., Norton Ave., and Dover Ave. is nearing completion and is awaiting final chlorination and testing.

-The most visible and involved project is the Goodale South Project.  Currently underground utilities including water, electric, gas, sanitary and storm sewers are being added and/or relocated to accommodate the new and further existing services.
This also includes the extension of Bobcat Ave., Yard St. and Swan St. with eventual extension to Twin Rivers Dr.

- Strawser Paving Company has begun work on the annual City paving program. This work entails curb/gutter repair, asphalt milling, paving and alley reconstruction.  Work has begun on Glenn Ave. with curb and gutter replacement and repair with controlled traffic and parking.  Once this is completed the roadway will be re-surfaced with notifications to coincide with as project progresses.
