Youth Triathlon Get Ready Clinics

Unified Aquatics is partnering with us this year to help with our clinics. Coach Botzman completed his first triathlon here in Columbus back in ‘91 and has loved the sport ever since. Brian has close to thirty years of coaching experience coming into this summer and has been coaching triathletes since '03. He received his National Team In Training Coaches Certification under the guidance of 6x Ironman World Champion, Dave Scott. Currently Brian serves as Head Coach & Owner of Unified Aquatics and was the Head Upper School Swimming Coach at Columbus School for Girls for four seasons. He was named Coach of the Year for the Central, East and Southeast District for 4 years in a row, was named State Coach of the Year in 2020 and also received the Age-Group Coach of the Year for OSI this past spring. Brian started a non-profit recently (Positive Mental Attitudes) that gives free swim lessons to underserved families in Central Ohio to help prevent accidental drownings. 

CLINIC DATES- Swim will be held at the Grandview Heights Municipal Pool, Bike and Run will be held at Wyman Woods Park all from 6:00-7:00 pm. Clinics are $5.00 each.
