What is the Inclement Weather Policy and Refund Policy?
The Grandview Heights Municipal Pool is a seasonal, weather-dependent operation. At times of cool or rainy weather, or any condition considered unsafe, the Grandview Heights Municipal Pool may be closed at the discretion of the Grandview Heights Parks and Recreation Department. Rain Checks and Refunds will NOT be issued.
*There are no refunds for Season Passes at the Grandview Heights Municipal Pool.
*Daily Pool Admission fees will not be applied to future season passes.
Rain: We will keep the pools open during rain as long as the intensity of the rain does not impede of the guards' ability to see the bottom of any pool.
Lightning/Thunder: At the first sight/sound of severe weather, the pool will close immediately and all of the lower deck will be cleared. We will keep the pool closed for the next 30 minutes. If more thunder/lightning is heard or seen, the 30 minutes will reset each time.

What is the daily admission policy?
Pre-registration required. Walk-up payments (including credit card payments) not accepted. Season passes will be scanned as they have been, but daily admission will need to be purchased in advance of entry through RecDesk on the City’s website by selecting ‘Daily Pool Admission’. Daily admissions may be purchased with cash, Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 at the Grandview Heights Parks and Recreation Department (1515 Goodale Blvd.)
What if I lose my pool pass card?
Replacement passes are available at the Parks and Recreation Department office for $5.00. No one will be admitted to the pool without a pass.
Will chairs be available?
Deck chairs are available, for use on both the deck surface and green space on a first come first serve basis. Patrons are strongly encouraged to bring individual seating. Individual pool toys are allowed but must be maintained within families.
Is there a Concession stand?
Concessions are open seven days a week, weather permitting. Hours posted at the pool. Patrons are encouraged to plan ahead and bring their own snacks and refreshments when possible.
Does the facility have a water fountains?
Yes. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own water bottles or may purchase bottled water from the concession stand.
Does the facility have diving boards, slides, and lap lanes?
Two Low Diving boards & One High Diving board. Two slides (1 open flume & 1 tunnel). Two designated lap lanes for lap swimming, with 4 swimmers per lane, on a first come first serve basis.
Are restroom and shower facilities available?
Men's and Women's restrooms & shower available, including 4 Family style restrooms. Outdoor shower available first come, first served with only one person permitted to use it at a time. Lockers will be available for single day use. Patrons must provide their own lock, any locks left on at closing will be cut off and items will be disposed of.
Do I have to pay for my children under 3?
Children under the age of 3 are free and do not need to have a membership or daily pass to enter the pool.
What if I can't remember my login username or password to purchase a membership?
Please do not create a new account. If you forgot your password or username, Parks and Recreation staff will happily reset them for you. Email parksandrecreation@grandviewheights.gov to reset your credentials.

Can I keep my keycard year after year?
Yes! You can store your card in a stocard app on your phone and keep your pass year after year and just renew your membership.
